I wish I could say our vacuum sucks, but it doesn't. At least, not as well as everyone else's who owns a Dyson. We wonder if we got a dud, but we have had it for a few years and I'm sure it's not under warranty. Too lazy to take it anywhere to have it serviced (too lazy, or just too busy with two small children)...so I'm trying to win a new vacuum to see if we can find the Dyson love!
